As a Receptionist, the right candidate will be responsible for managing front desk operations.

𝐉𝐨𝐛 𝐃𝐞𝐬𝐜𝐫𝐢𝐩𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧: DFK Malta, in partnership with our client, is hiring a Receptionist for their Administrative Department. Our client specializes in high-quality furniture sourced from Italy’s most prestigious brands, including indoor and outdoor furniture, as well as ceramics. As a Receptionist, the right candidate will be responsible for managing front desk operations, providing administrative support, and ensuring a welcoming and efficient office environment. This role requires strong organisational and communication skills, particularly in Italian, as well as a professional and friendly approach when interacting with clients and visitors. 𝐑𝐨𝐥𝐞 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐑𝐞𝐬𝐩𝐨𝐧𝐬𝐢𝐛𝐢𝐥𝐢𝐭𝐢𝐞𝐬: ➡️ Manage day-to-day front desk operations. ➡️ Greet and welcome visitors and clients in a professional manner. ➡️ Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls. ➡️ Schedule and coordinate appointments and meetings. ➡️ Perform general administrative duties, including filing, photocopying, scanning, and data entry. ➡️ Maintain an organised and efficient reception area. ➡️ Provide administrative support to different departments when required. 𝐑𝐞𝐪𝐮𝐢𝐫𝐞𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐬: ➡️ Excellent communication skills, with fluency in Italian and English. ➡️ Previous experience in a receptionist or administrative role will be considered an asset. ➡️ Good organisational skills and attention to detail. ➡️ Ability to multitask and manage time effectively. ➡️ Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
