The Junior Service Desk Analyst is a member of the Global Client Service Desk (GCSD) team, which provides centralized triage and technical support services for print hardware and software application products, primarily to the 1st level Service Desks of contracted Global Customers. For certain products & services the GCSD and its Analysts also serve The company's subsidiaries and partners in Europe.
