Crew Members are needed to join our team at Capital Food Club, Eeetwell, or Frullado to prepare quality food, keep work areas clean, & deliver fast, friendly service. The role needs energy, teamwork, and a passion for great food in a fast-paced setting.
Key Responsibilities: 1. Customer Service: Greet customers warmly and maintain a positive and professional attitude. Assist customers with menu selections, answer questions about products, and accommodate special requests when possible. Ensure a fast, friendly, and efficient checkout process at the POS system. Handle feedback or complaints politely, escalating issues when needed. 2. Food and Beverage Preparation: Capital Food Club: Assist in the preparation of salads, sandwiches, hot dishes, and daily specials, following brand standards. Eeetwell: Prepare fresh, healthy meals including wraps, salads, smoothies, and bowls, with a focus on consistency and presentation. Frullado: Prepare and serve coffee, crepes, waffles, pastries, milkshakes, and artisanal ice cream, maintaining visual and taste quality. 3. Store Operations: Open and close the store according to shift procedures. Restock stations and ensure proper inventory rotation (FIFO). Perform daily and weekly cleaning duties in line with company hygiene and safety standards. Operate kitchen and coffee equipment safely and efficiently. 4. Health & Safety: Follow all food safety guidelines and hygiene procedures (as per HACCP standards). Wear proper uniform and maintain personal hygiene at all times. Report any incidents, injuries, or unsafe conditions to management immediately. 5. Team Support: Collaborate with team members to meet service and productivity goals. Step in to assist across different roles when required (e.g., kitchen prep, cleaning, delivery handover). Participate in regular training sessions and contribute to a positive team culture.
