  • Check cash register at the beginning of the working day. Count contents of cash register at closing time
  • Manage stock; record shortages; place orders
  • Mix cocktails on customer's demand
  • Create cocktail recipes with or without alcohol
  • Receive customer and take orders for drinks
  • Receive goods/products and store (beer barrels, bottle racks)
