We’re looking for a Payroll Officer to join our Tax & Legal Services team. In this role, you’ll work alongside experienced professionals who support a diverse portfolio of clients and help deliver accurate, reliable, and people focused payroll services.

As our new Payroll Officer, you will: Support the processing of payroll for a variety of client organisations, ensuring accuracy and compliance with legal, regulatory, and internal quality standards Maintain accurate, up to date, and confidential employee data across multiple systems Assist with statutory requirements, including returns, reports, and remuneration statements Prepare and support submissions such as Fund Claims and other statutory documentation, liaising with local authorities where required Respond to payroll related queries from clients with professionalism, clarity, and a strong service mindset Provide general guidance on employment related administrative matters, escalating complex queries when appropriate Collaborate with colleagues across PwC to deliver seamless, end to end client service Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives aimed at enhancing processes, efficiency, and the overall client experience This role offers structured learning, hands-on exposure, and the opportunity to grow your skills while making a meaningful contribution from day one.
