The Cleaning Operative will be responsible for carrying out cleaning tasks across multiple company locations as required. The role involves the use of professional cleaning equipment, including pressure washers, carpet cleaning machines, and extraction machines. Duties include preparing cleaning materials and equipment, maintaining tools, and ensuring all cleaning activities are completed according to company standards. The employee must be able to work independently, manage time efficiently, and handle physically demanding tasks. The role requires travel between different company sites and flexibility in daily planning depending on operational needs. Work may include irregular hours, evenings, weekends, and short-notice assignments. Basic communication in English is required. Knowledge of Russian language is considered an asset due to communication with team members. The position is not location-based and requires mobility between multiple workplace
