A Construction Labourer is responsible to provides general support on construction sites by assisting skilled tradespeople, preparing work areas, handling materials, and helping ensure projects are completed safely and efficiently.
Assist skilled workers with general construction tasks. Load, unload, and transport construction materials and equipment. Operate basic hand and power tools safely, as instructed by Supervisors or Managers. Install and dismantle temporary structures, such as scaffolding or barriers, when trained and authorised. Follow all health and safety procedures and wear the required personal protective equipment (PPE). Report any safety concerns, damaged equipment, or incidents to the site supervisor. Coordinate with other departments to ensure work is completed on time. Always follow the instructions from the company, and project managers on site.
