Cleaner and dishwasher at the restaurant is required to join our team on full time basis.
Person must be willing to work late night and have transport back and forth from the restauarant. Wash dishes, utensils, pots, and kitchen equipment. Operate and maintain commercial dishwashing machines. Clean and sanitize kitchen work areas and sinks. Dispose of waste and empty rubbish bins. Store clean dishes and utensils correctly. Refill cleaning supplies and detergents. Sweep and mop kitchen floors. Follow food hygiene and health & safety procedures. Assist kitchen staff with basic cleaning tasks. Keep the kitchen clean, organized, and hygienic at all times.
