Sales Representative responsible for selling pet products and accessories across Malta and Gozo. Competitive salary plus performance bonus and commission. Strong communication and customer service skills are an advantage.

  • Create marketing plan. Plan customer visits (determine target group, interlocutors, prepare technical dossiers...)
  • Present/demonstrate products and advise customers
  • Follow-up orders (product availability, delivery term, complaints...) and customers (reward loyalty, satisfaction surveys, reminders...)
  • Draw up commercial proposal. Come to an agreement with the customer on terms of sales contract or the estimate
  • Follow-up canvassing for customers (administration) and brief the team
