This course aims to provide trainees with further knowledge for working as a Health Carer. It aims to provide the necessary knowledge, skills and competencies regarding the ability to communicate with patients and with colleagues, the importance of proper documentation and work ethics, how to deal with behavioural issues and the general safety and well-being of the client.
