Aim of this Course
This course equips early years educators with the skills to communicate effectively and professionally with parents and guardians regarding children's developmental progress. It focuses on writing clear, objective reports and fostering collaborative relationships with families, while respecting cultural diversity and confidentiality. Learners will apply observation-based reporting strategies aligned with Malta's Toolkit for the Early Years Cycle - Learning Outcomes Framework, and practice conducting supportive and inclusive parent meetings.
