  • Carry out basic maintenance of appliances
  • Check gaming equipment and reporting malfunctions
  • Clean/clear gaming equipment and hall (cleanliness, design, signage...)
  • Conduct games: card games (blackjack, punto banco, baccarat, poker...)
  • Conduct games: dice games (craps)
  • Conduct games: wheel games (boule, French, English, American roulette...)
  • Inform customers about the functioning of arcade. Monitor spaces (detect risks, disturbances...)
  • Manage gaming table (instructions for players, announcements, placing bets...)
  • Provide technical assistance to staff during games, disputes, customers' complaints...
  • Receive customers and inform them about services. Accompany customers to slot machines, gaming tables...
  • Supervise one or more gaming tables (procedures, games regularity, pay out winnings, change money...)
  • Supply machines. Record data (daily receipts on opening and closing the games...)
