The Cleaner Supervisor oversees the daily operations of the cleaning team, ensuring high standards of cleanliness and hygiene are consistently maintained throughout the facility. You will serve as the link between management and the cleaning staff, combining hands-on work with leadership responsibilities. Key Responsibilities • Supervise and coordinate the cleaning team's daily tasks • Conduct quality inspections and provide feedback • Train and onboard new cleaning staff • Create and manage cleaning schedules and rosters • Ensure stock levels of cleaning supplies are maintained • Enforce health, safety, and hygiene standards • Prepare reports on team performance and facility conditions • Liaise with management on operational needs
At least 1 year in a supervisory capacity. Strong communication and organizational skills are essential.
