As a Chef, you will be at the heart of our kitchen operations, preparing high-quality brunchs that delight our guests every time. Key Responsibilities • Prepare and cook dishes to established standards and recipes • Manage food preparation, portioning, and presentation • Oversee kitchen hygiene and ensure HACCP compliance • Monitor stock levels and assist with ordering • Ensure timely delivery of meals during service • Maintain a clean and organized workstation
