As a Crew Member, you are the heart of our team and the face of our brand. Your primary responsibility is to provide exceptional service, prepare our delicious treats with care, and ensure that every guest has a delightful experience. You’ll work in a dynamic environment where teamwork, efficiency, and a positive attitude are essential. Key Responsibilities: Customer Service: Greet guests warmly and assist them in making menu selections. Handle customer inquiries and complaints with professionalism and care. Maintain a friendly and approachable demeanor at all times. Product Preparation: Prepare menu items such as coffee, crepes, waffles, pastries, and milkshakes according to standard recipes. Serve ice cream, popcorn, and candyfloss with attention to presentation and portion control. Ensure all food and beverages meet our company's quality standards. Operational Duties: Operate equipment safely and efficiently, including coffee machines, waffle irons, and ice cream freezers. Use the POS system to take orders accurately and process payments. Restock inventory and supplies as needed. Cleaning and Maintenance: Keep workstations, dining areas, and equipment clean and sanitized. Follow daily, weekly, and deep-cleaning schedules. Report equipment malfunctions or safety hazards promptly. Outdoor Area Maintenance: Set up and maintain the outdoor seating area according to the designated layout. Ensure tables and chairs are clean and arranged neatly. Skills and Qualifications: Enthusiasm for food and beverages, with a passion for delivering excellent service. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Basic math skills for cash handling and using the POS system. Previous experience in the food and beverage industry is an advantage but not required. Physical Requirements: Ability to stand for extended periods. Capability to lift and carry items up to 10kg, such as stock or equipment. Comfortable working in a hot or humid environment near cooking appliances. Team Expectations: Arrive on time and prepare for each shift. Wear a clean and complete uniform, adhering to our company's dress code.
