We are looking for a full-time experienced Financial Assistant to contribute in the financial administration, basic accounting, postings, overall clerical tasks, in the field of financial operations of the Group.
• Assistance to the Finance Team in financial and administrative matters, and support of the general book-keeping, financial administration and filing; o Handle all accounting transactions, entries, receivables, and payables in the system Xero o Perform regular bank reconciliations o Preparing and handling loans reconciliations, intercompany reconciliations, payables, and receivables reconciliations • Liasing with banks, compile relevant documentation and maintain communication with financial institutions. • Other administrative, office related tasks as might be required from time to time.
