Seeking to recruit a Childcare Assistant to support the care of children aged 3 months to 3 years. The selected candidate will assist with daily routines, supervise activities, maintain a safe environment, and support children’s wellbeing and development.

Through play we will encourage, support and nurture each child’s physical, social, intellectual, cultural and emotional development. Our goal is to activate the child’s own natural desire to learn. Due to recent growth, the childcare centre is looking for a Child Carer. Job Description: Whilst reporting to the Centre Manager, the Child carer is responsible to work closely with all the members of staff to ensure the smooth running of the childcare centre. The offer is for someone with a positive and friendly attitude towards children, whilst having the ability to adapt to any situation. Being energetic, fun, creative whilst being a team player who thrives on keeping our young members safe and happy. Duties: Communicates effectively with team member and using a range of communication of modes. Manage appropriate styles communicating with children according to their age Monitor the development of children’s communication skills Follow policies and procedure when undertaking the child personal hygiene activities Follow and observe all the centre policies and procedure Creating interesting and age-appropriate activities. Keeping cleaning material stocks up to date; Any other related duties as directed by the Centre Manager.
