The Front Office Assistant is responsible for welcoming guests, handling check-ins and check-outs, managing reservations, answering inquiries, and providing professional customer service to ensure a positive guest experience.

The role includes welcoming guests upon arrival, handling check-ins and check-outs efficiently, managing reservations and room allocations, answering phone calls and emails, and responding to guest inquiries or requests in a timely manner. The Front Office Assistant is also responsible for processing payments, maintaining accurate guest records, coordinating with housekeeping and other departments to ensure smooth operations, and assisting in resolving guest concerns or complaints professionally. The position requires strong communication, organizational, and multitasking skills, as well as the ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining high standards of hospitality and customer satisfaction. Flexibility to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays may be required. Fluent English is required; knowledge of additional languages such as Italian, Maltese, French, or German will be considered an asset. Strong verbal and written communication skills are essential for dealing with guests and team members professionally.
