The Front Office Coordinator is responsible for managing reception operations, supporting students throughout their stay, coordinating social activities, and assisting with the recruitment and training of interns to ensure an excellent student experience.

We are looking for an enthusiastic and organised Front Office Coordinator to join our English language school. This dynamic role combines reception and student support duties with the coordination of social activities and the recruitment and training of interns. You will be a key point of contact for students, helping to create a positive and engaging experience throughout their stay.

    • Plan and organise communication actions and events
    • Monitor access and movement (circulation) of persons within the organisation - check sites and rooms.
