The healthcare administrator executive is responsible for the admin work related to placement of healthcare students.

Provide initial and continuous support to local and international students, assisting in liaising with healthcare entities and professionals for clinical placement purposes.

  • Advise students, teachers/lecturers; offer technical assistance on their orientation, search for internship or project
  • Evaluate students' acquired competences and guide them
  • Follow-up students (pedagogically, logistically, administratively...)
  • Coordinate internal communication of the enterprise (meetings, notes, directions,...)
  • Enter documents, handle correspondence and manage email messages
  • Organise meetings for project group. Write reports
  • Take (dictated) notes or draw up minutes of meetings, conferences...
  • Perform administrative/management tasks (planning/emails/correspondence/invoicing/application for permits...)
  • Consult client files as preparation for planned talks/meetings
