Welcome and serve customers, take orders, prepare drinks, process payments, maintain restaurant and bar cleanliness, follow hygiene standards, and provide excellent service while working efficiently in a fast-paced hospitality environment.
Main duties include: Welcoming and serving customers in a professional and friendly manner. Taking food and drink orders. Preparing and serving alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages. Setting up and cleaning the restaurant and bar before, during and after service. Maintaining cleanliness of tables, bar area and equipment. Processing customer payments using the POS system. Following food safety and hygiene procedures. Working efficiently as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. Requirements: Good command of English (required). French is an advantage. Previous experience in hospitality is preferred but not essential. Friendly, reliable and well-presented. Looking for a long-term position, not seasonal employment.
