The Senior Corporate Administrator will manage a diverse portfolio of client entities incorporated in Malta, Bermuda, and the BVI, ensuring full compliance with statutory, regulatory, and governance requirements.

The role may include supervision of one (or more) Corporate Administrator, involvement in training staff, and acting as a key point of contact for clients. The Senior Corporate Administrator will also attend client meetings, prepare minutes, and support management in operational and compliance matters. This position is suited to a motivated professional with strong technical knowledge, excellent organisational skills, and the ability to deliver high-quality corporate services in a fast-paced environment.
